We are currently hiring for the 2026-2027 winter season!
We offer great discounts plus complimentary skiing/snowboarding/tubing for our staff and their guests, along with flexible work schedules. There are fun customer service positions for outdoor + indoor departments.

You will have the opportunity to talk with multiple department managers at the Job Fair on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 (4pm to 7pm).
Applicants age 14/15 please note: We have a limited number of positions for your age group. Indiana labor laws allow work hours no later than 7pm and no more than 18 hours per week. Most work shifts for age 14/15 employees are on Saturdays + Sundays.

The Tubing Park hires age 16 and above.

The Chairlift Department hires age 16 and above.
Pay rate starts at $15.00 pher hour.
The Terrain Park hires age 16 and above.
Pay rate starts at $14.00 per hour.
The Snow Sports School hires age 14 and above.
Pay rate starts at $16.00 per lesson.
Food & Facilities Department is hiring age 16 and above.
Pay rate starts at $13 – $13.50 per hour.

Please bring your I-9 identification documents to the Human Resources office, in advance of your first day of work or training. Original, unexpired documents must be presented to our hiring staff by the employee, before a work shift can be scheduled.
