Northern Lights takes place each evening from November 29 through December 21. The gates open at 6:00 PM and the lighted drive will open at dark each evening. Last entry will be at 9:30 PM. Advanced ticket purchase is not required.

You may purchase tickets outside the Northern Lights entrance upon arrival. While we accept all major credit cards, we do not accept cash. 

The road itself is a 1 mile long. Visitors are welcome to experience the attractions at their own pace. Most guests spend half an hour driving around the lake at Perfect North Slopes. Please obey signs and keep speed at a slow consistent pace. 

We suggest cars travel at 5MPH for the best experience. Guests should expect to be immersed in holiday music and lights for approximately 30+ minutes.

Food and beverages will be available for purchase ONLY during hours of operation for skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing. If open for skiing, snowboarding or snow tubing visit the patio outside the East Lodge for food and beverage options. 

Yes, there are restrooms located just inside the Main Lodge entrance.

ALL ages are welcome to attend our event and there is truly something to enjoy whether you are old or young.

The event will operate in rain, snow or sunshine. We will only close the event if the grounds are deemed unsafe due to severe weather conditions or damage to our infrastructure.

All tickets are non-refundable.

Just your vehicle is required to enjoy Northern Lights at Perfect North Slopes. Only non-commercial vehicles can complete the lighted drive.

Buses, vans, trailers, and limousines may be too large to complete the drive safely. 

14-seat van or Sprinter van, with a turning radius of about 20 feet and a maximum height of 10 feet are permitted. This helps prevent damage to our displays and ensures a safe and smooth driving experience. 

NOT ALLOWED:  Weapons or sharp objects of any kind, mace, spray bottles or promotional items.

For the Northern Lights event, dogs and pets are welcome to remain in your vehicle for the duration of the drive around the loop, but generally, there are no pets permitted on the grounds of Perfect North Slopes, only service animals.
