Fun customer service positions for outdoor + indoor departments:
- Lift Operations (age 16+)
- Ski or Snowboard Instructor (age 14+)
- Terrain Park Crew (age 16+)
- Tubing Park Attendant (age 16+)
- Food + Facility Services (age 14+)
- Rental Shop Attendant (age 14+)
- Retail Shop Attendant (age 16+)
- Ticket + Information Office (age 15+)
Please complete only 1 application, even if you are interested in multiple departments.
Applicants age 14/15 please note: We have a limited number of positions for your age group. Indiana labor laws allow work hours no later than 7pm and no more than 18 hours per week. Most work shifts for age 14/15 employees are on Saturdays + Sundays.
2026-2027 winter season starting pay is $13-$14 per hour for most departments. Ticket + Information Office and Lift Operations Departments starting pay is $15.00 per hour. Instructors starting pay is $13.00-$15.00 per lesson.

Former seasonal employees will receive an email in mid-September 2026, with information for the re-hire process. If you are interested in applying to transfer to a different department, please send us a message to start the process. Do not complete an application here if you have worked with Perfect North Slopes in the past. Please contact hr@perfectnorth.com if you have questions regarding the re-hire process or if you need to update your e-mail address with us.
Please bring your I-9 identification documents to the Human Resources office, in advance of your first day of work or training. Original, unexpired documents must be presented to our hiring staff by the employee, before a work shift can be scheduled.
